- No smoking: smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
- No parties/events: please respect other residents living in the building, avoid noisy activities after
21:00PM and no smoking or drinkingon public areas. Should we receive any valid complaint from the other residents of the house, we reserve the right to suspend the service – without any kind of compensation for the tenants.
- Please treat our home as it was yours, that is why you are kindly requested to leave the apartment in the same condition as it was upon arrival, also return all the keys upon leaving, please note that we charge 50 Euros for key losses.
- Tenants are to take all the responsibility for anydamage caused during their stay that will bededucted from the deposit amount.
- The tenants agree to take full responsibility for the legal internet usage & for the downloaded content during their stay, the Host does not take any kind of responsibility for improper/illegal internet usage.
- My home is Your home – that is why we kindly request you to help us sustain the apartment in a clean condition by taking your shoes off inside the flat. By
this you not only help the cleaning staff’s work but you also preserve the clean condition for the other guests as well – Your help is much appreciated!
